Our simple, yet beautifully decorated condos are equipped with everything you may need to make your vacation the best we can make it! Our meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness makes us stand out above all!
Who Are We?
Three 20s, Flip Floppin' Fun, and Magnolia
Three 20s Condos, LLC was formed by Adam and Jami Bailey in the spring of 2018. We named it Three 20s based on three special dates; Adam's Birthday 2/20, Jami's Birthday 6/20, and our Wedding Anniversary 9/20.

Jami and Adam had vacationed in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area several times with their children before we decided to make our love of the beach something that we can enjoy more often, with not only our immediate family but to be able to share it with our friends and extended family as well.

While sharing the area with Jami's Parent's on vacation, they quickly learned our love for the area! Conveniently, a condo was for sale that was next door to Three 20s! It was too good to be true and Flip Floppin' Fun came to the family in July of 2018!

We all have kept our eyes peeled for the next perfect condo to come available and we all love our little complex at Sunrise Village! The perfect condo came available and Magnolia was added to the family late January 2021! We love that we can now have even more families fall in love with our Small Town Big Beach!

Jami has taken the task of running all the condos. From advertising, scheduling, booking, your stay, and check out- she is your contact from start to finish!
We currently have our three, 2 bedroom 1 bath condos that have been completely remodeled with all new luxury linens, towels, beds - Appliances - you name it - it's been done for you to love and enjoy your beach vacation in comfort!
