The minimum amount to book  is $200, this amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you pay 1/2 the total amount upfront, then that full amount is refundable up to 31 days before check in. You must contact us directly to pay more than $200 down.
The full reservation balance is due 30 days before check in.
