Sunrise Village is a small, smoke free, low-density condo complex on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. What does that all mean? Well, keep reading.
For those who are not familiar with the area, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have absolutely blown up with high rise condos, Sunrise Village is not a high rise, only 2 stories tall with parking on the ground level. Small, Sunrise Village is only 36 total units!
Advantages
Smaller building, closer to the water, closer to your vehicle, easier beach access! This also means, no waiting on elevators, no large building to walk through, no long hallways, and direct access into the condo from the outside! Easier for families with small children to get up to the condo for naps or changes. West Beach is also less crowded where we are, but that doesn't mean we aren't still close to everything. We have a great restaurant, ice cream parlor, fish market, and convenience store all right across the street! We're also only 1.5 miles West of The Hangout, so still close to all the other restaurants and entertainment! There is also a pool with lounging Adirondack's and bar height Tet-A-Tet's. We provide all of OUR guests with electric grills too!
